At Orbitool USA, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase available.

How to Initiate a Return:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

We recommend that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect product, please notify us immediately so that we can promptly address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

European Union Cooling-Off Period:

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
